The client’s primary objective was clear: to deliver a robust visual solution that ensured every student could see a vibrant, crystal-clear image, even when the gym was at full capacity. As the existing audio system already met requirements, our focus was on designing a high-impact visual solution that would exceed expectations while remaining within budget.

The result was a highly innovative approach for an educational environment—one that remains distinctive even today. The installation features two 220” LED wall displays mounted on the rear wall, complemented by a suspended 165” LED screen positioned to service the opposite half of the gym when required.

An RTI control system provides complete flexibility, allowing different sources to be displayed across all three screens or a single source to be shared simultaneously—supporting virtually any configuration. This capability is particularly effective for scenarios such as displaying PC content on two screens while routing a live camera feed to the third.

System control is available via a wall-mounted touchscreen, as well as an iPad interface that enables presenters or AV operators to manage source switching from anywhere within the gym.

This project delivered an outstanding result, and we are exceptionally proud of the outcome. The school has been delighted with the solution, which has since become a benchmark and the envy of many Victorian schools.
